What is the Rewards Program? 

It is our free to join loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you shop with us here at Fade Market. The more you spend, the more and better your perks get! 

 

How do I join the Rewards Program? 

Create a customer account online or signup in store with an associate. The program is free to join and all you need is an email. That's it! Create an account now at https://fademarket.com/pages/reward

 

What are the benefits of being a member of the Rewards Program?

The benefits will depend on your tier status, but all Rewards members will receive free returns, a birthday gift, and invites to our exclusive Insider events, in store and online. The breakdown of all the benefits in all 3 tiers can be found in the chart above. 

 

How is tier status determined? 

Your Rewards member status is determined by how much you spend each calendar year in store and online at www.fademarket.com when you provide or checkout with the email that is registered to your customer account. 

 

How do the points work?

In addition to the tier benefits, rewards program members can earn points. For every dollar you spend you earn 1, 1.5 or 2 points (depending on your tier). Earned points are converted into rewards. For example for every 300 points you earn, you get a 20% off promo code to redeem on a future purchase. 

 

How do I redeem rewards?

Online: You can redeem Rewards online by logging in using your email address linked to your customer account. Copy the code in your Rewards Account and paste in the promo code section at checkout.

In-stores: Just provide your name or email address to the associate at checkout and let the associate know you would like to apply your Reward to your purchase. 

Do rewards expire?

Rewards in the form of "% off" your order will expire after 90 days after you receive the reward in your account. The other rewards do not expire. When any reward is issued to your account, you will receive an email notification. 

 

 Where can I see my rewards, points, and tier information? 

Sign into your customer account at www.fademarket.com and under the rewards tab you will be able to see your current points, rewards earned, and your tier status. 

 

When will I receive my birthday gift? 

All rewards members who have provided their birthday info will be able to redeem a birthday gift on their birthday. Notification will be sent to you via email, so it is important that you are opted in to receive marketing emails from Fade Market. Enter your birthday info on your rewards account by clicking on "Your Rewards Account", "Earn Points", then "Learn More" on Your Birthday Reward. Enter your birthday here. 

 

When will I receive my Icon gift? 

All Fade Market Icon Rewards Members that are eligible for our Icon End of Year gift will receive an email with additional information when their gift is ready for redemption. Make sure you receive our emails!

 

When are the exclusive events and triple points days? 

Depending on your tier status, you may be eligible for exclusive events and triple points days as illustrated in the chart above. You will receive an email with additional information about times during which these events will take place. Make sure you are opted in to receive marketing emails from Fade Market to stay informed.
