WHAT IS THE MARKETPLACE?

Introducing our NEW Marketplace here at Fade Market. A new way to offer you a curated collection of featured brands and makers we love that are making quality ethically made products. You'll be able to purchase these brands on our website and then the brand will ship the items straight to you! We'll be adding new brands to our Marketplace throughout the year. 

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF I’M ORDERING A MARKETPLACE ITEM?

Our Marketplace products will identified on the bottom of their product page as a marketplace item that will ship separately. 

 

HOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHER ITEMS ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Our Marketplace items will ship directly to your from the Marketplace brands in  separate packaging. Please allow approximately 1-2 business days for processing plus 5-7 business days for Marketplace orders to ship. All returns will be accepted by Fade Market in store or by mail. Marketplace items  do qualify for free standard shipping and free returns the same as other Fade Market items.

HOW DO I RETURN A MARKETPLACE ITEM?

We accept returns on Marketplace items at our Butler, PA location or by mail to Fade Market, 1771 N Main St Ext. Butler, PA 16001. Visit our store or email us at amanda@fademarket.com to start a return. Items must be returned within 30 days of date of purchase. ARE MARKETPLACE ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR PROMOS?

Marketplace items are eligible for promotions and reward discounts can be used unless otherwise noted.

DO MARKETPLACE ORDERS COUNT TOWARDS MY REWARDS POINTS AND STATUS? 

Yes, purchases of Marketplace items count toward your Rewards Points and the tier status for Rewards.
